The second day, Chris and I went to the Hoh Rainforest to take pictures. We were
surprised to find snow on the ground, but there it was! It must have been a higher
elevation than we expected, it was also about 20 degrees colder there than on the coast.
Another thing you wouldn't expect to find in a rainforest in Washington in the winter -
sun! We wandered around a few areas here and took lots of pictures of moss.
It's so mossy in the rainforest, even the payphone was covered with it!
